1 - download redmin vpn and create account




2- share ip - redmin name and psw to clint 




3-install usbredirector technician open and select port  


 

press connect usb device  

after complete work disconnect usb device


 


customer side 


open redmin and join network name and psw

 


open usbredirector 1.9.7 and enter ip addres of technician


 





press connect



 



plugin device to mobile




 

wait for the technician for  confirm done 


done happy clint ending
